I have been in educational leadership positions for the last 20 years. My experiences extend over all education settings from ECE to Secondary. My roles over the recent years include; School Principal, General Manager for Education ECE, Kahui Ako Lead Principal, Principals' Cluster President and Learning Manager.  Over this time my greatest influence has been to successfully engage key stakeholders and to foster a solution focused environment. In all my roles, my ability to enable great teams and provide transparency has been evident.
